General terms:


All offers are subject to changes, errors and are dependent on the availability of a product. The email-confirmation of your order (which is generated automatically) is only for your information and not our confirmation that we are able to accept and process your order (eg. we dont confirm with the e-mail that every product is still in stock). In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us. Overpayments are refunded as soon as possible.

Amount of delivered items, commercial orders:
We deliver goods in quantaties that are typical for private orders (normally up to 3 items per order), especially if the goods are reduced in price. All other orders are considered as commercial purchase requests and will be handled on a case by case basis. For commercial orders for goods that are available through our distribution partners, please order them from the distributor directly.
Limited stock / replacements: If an item is almost sold out, we deliver to those first, who ordered first. If an item is claimed "damaged" it is our option to send you a replacement (which is not always possible) or refund you the money.

Complete delivery address:
We might send packages or registered letters. Make sure someone is there to sign for them when they arrive. Please also make sure that the address you provide us with, is correct and complete - and that your front door or your post box has your name on it - so that the delivery service will be able to locate you without problems. If the packet returns to us because of a non-complete or incorrect address, we can only deliver a 2nd time, if you pay the delivery costs a second time in advance.

Payment:
Advance bank payment to our Bank account.
Payment via PayPal is possible.
You´ll receive a payment request after your order.

If you transfer money from inside the EU, please write down the IBAN- and SWIFT-Code number that we provide with the order form in your bank order and you normally only have to pay the national bank charges and save the international charges. Talk to your bank about this option.

Merchandise:
Please note: If you dont indicate the size of the ordered t-shirt, we will automatically send it in size XL. In case of return we have to charge you with the shipping costs.
Delivery times:

We are always going to try and do our best to send out your order as soon as possible. Please forgive us, if this is not always possible.

Wrong Invoice
The quick and easy way is to contact us first! We can together find a solution. That saves time, costs and pain. The other option is still there, anyway.

Problems with the items sent.
Wrong deliveries, damages?
Again: Contact us, before you want to sent stuff back, so we can find a solution. We do not take back CDs with broken seals, worn textiles and damaged goods.
